My name’s Rowena Price and I am the manager/owner of Eternal Earth Connections.
I’m an Aboriginal woman who has Yorta Yorta and Palawa heritage. I also have Irish, Scottish, English and German heritage. I’ve spent the last 18 years reclaiming Identity as our Aboriginal heritage wasn’t shared with us and those that knew the stories have long since passed.
I was born on Wemba Wemba country (Swan Hill) and lived there until my son and I moved to Melbourne 10 years ago.
We made the big move so that I could get educated and educated I have become! Not only did I finish a Bachelor of Arts, but, I have been dealt some of my hardest life lessons! Under the watchful eye of Bunjil, I have also been blessed with some of my best life lessons…
My biggest passions are connecting with people through stories, exploring what connection to Country means and the reclamation of Indigenous knowledge’s.
I am eternally homesick for the river, the red gums & my family.
I have always known that I would return to live in the bush someday & I'm now my big goal is working towards purchasing at least 200 acres of land, restore it to traditional ways of land care, grow bushfoods, and have a studio/spaces for Wayapa®, healing & trauma and art therapy.
Eternal Earth Connections has been created to make this vision possible.
I also need to thank Mikaela Egan : https://www.makiegan.com/about for her amazing photography skills. All of the photo's that are similar to the one on this page came from her artistic vision.
